 KEYBOARD MOUSE & VDU

Keyboard:- The keyboard looks like a typewriter; kind of Input device. The characteristics of Key Board are:

• It contains all the letters of the alphabet, numbers and some special symbols.
• It operates like a typewriter keypad, but instead of moving an arm, which strikes the paper, it sends an electronic impulse to the Computer, which displays a character on the monitor.
• Keypad contains: Alphabets, Numbers, Special Symbols, Functional Keys, And Qwerty Keyboard.
• On key press it sends a code (ASCII (American Standard Code for Information Interchange) to the CPU.

कीबोर्ड टाइपराइटर जैसा दिखता है; इनपुट डिवाइस के प्रकार कुंजी बोर्ड की विशेषताएं हैं:

इसमें वर्णमाला के सभी अक्षर, संख्याएँ और कुछ विशेष चिन्ह शामिल हैं।

यह एक टाइपराइटर कीपैड की तरह काम करता है, लेकिन एक हाथ को हिलाने के बजाय, जो कागज से टकराता है, यह कंप्यूटर को एक इलेक्ट्रॉनिक आवेग भेजता है, जो मॉनिटर पर एक चरित्र प्रदर्शित करता है।

कीपैड में शामिल हैं: अक्षर, संख्याएं, विशेष प्रतीक, कार्यात्मक कुंजी और क्वर्टी कीबोर्ड।

कुंजी दबाने पर यह CPU को एक कोड (ASCII (अमेरिकन स्टैंडर्ड कोड फॉर इंफॉर्मेशन इंटरचेंज)) भेजता है।

Mosue:- It is a device that is used to control the Computer; kind of Input device. The characteristics of mouse are: 

• A cable connects the mouse to the Computer. When the mouse is moved on a pad, the cursor moves on the screen. 
• A cursor is a small symbol displayed on the Computer screen (normally a diagonal arrow that is screen. 
• It points & Click with two Button and wheel, Normally Left Click for Select/Run and Right click to generate Menu.

यह एक उपकरण है जिसका उपयोग कंप्यूटर को नियंत्रित करने के लिए किया जाता है; इनपुट डिवाइस के प्रकार माउस की विशेषताएं हैं:

एक केबल माउस को कंप्यूटर से जोड़ती है। जब माउस को पैड पर ले जाया जाता है, तो कर्सर स्क्रीन पर चलता है।

एक कर्सर कंप्यूटर स्क्रीन पर प्रदर्शित होने वाला एक छोटा प्रतीक है (आमतौर पर एक विकर्ण तीर जो स्क्रीन है।

यह दो बटन और पहिया के साथ इंगित करता है और क्लिक करता है, सामान्य रूप से चयन / चलाने के लिए बायाँ क्लिक और मेनू उत्पन्न करने के लिए दायाँ क्लिक।

VDU (Visual Display Unit) Monitor:- This is an Output device. There are two types of the soft Output device; Audio Output device for eg Visual Output devices. VDU is a Visual soft Output device and used for the getting soft visual Output on screen. It measured diagonally from one corner of the screen to the opposite corner. VDU can be categorized into two types on the basic of technology the first one is CRT and second is LCD. The details are as under: 

यह एक सॉफ्टीजुअल आउटपुट डिवाइस हैं जिस पर आउटपुट को देखा जाता हैं।  यह टेक्नोलॉजी के अनुसार दो प्रकार का होता हैं; 

1. CRT (Cathode Ray Tube):- This is television-like screen where the results of a Computer's tasks are displayed. In this technology Cathode Ray falls on florescence screen and by deflecting rays make picture. There are two types of CRTs:

• Monochrome:- Also called black and white.
• Color:- It has three different phosphors which emit red, green, and blue light respectively and due to the RGB color picture appears in colored view.

     सी.आर.टी. (कैथोड रे ट्यूब):- यह टेलीविजन जैसी स्क्रीन है जहां कंप्यूटर के कार्यों के परिणाम प्रदर्शित होते हैं। इस तकनीक में कैथोड रे फ्लोरेसेंस स्क्रीन पर गिरती है और किरणों को विक्षेपित करके चित्र बनाती है। सीआरटी दो प्रकार के होते हैं:

मोनोक्रोम:- इसे ब्लैक एंड व्हाइट भी कहा जाता है।

कलर:- इसमें तीन अलग-अलग फॉस्फोर होते हैं जो क्रमशः लाल, हरा और नीला प्रकाश उत्सर्जित करते हैं और RGB रंग के कारण चित्र रंगीन दृश्य में दिखाई देता है। 

     2. LCD (Liquid Cristal Display):- This VDU is thin; flat and having light modulating technology. It is of two types:

•  TFT (Thin Film Transistor) It is a variant of LCD and makes matrix but not self lighting.
• LED (Light Emitting Diode) It is self back light emitting technology; picture quality is better. 

एल.सी.डी. (लिक्विड क्रिस्टल डिस्प्ले):- यह वीडीयू पतला है; फ्लैट और हल्की मॉडुलन तकनीक वाले। यह 2 प्रकार का होता है:

 टी.एफ.टी. (थिन फिल्म ट्रांजिस्टर) यह एलसीडी का एक प्रकार है और मैट्रिक्स बनाता है लेकिन सेल्फ लाइटिंग नहीं।

एल.ई.डी. (लाइट एमिटिंग डायोड) यह सेल्फ बैक लाइट एमिटिंग टेक्नोलॉजी है; तस्वीर की गुणवत्ता बेहतर है।
